Q: Aren’t travel agencies obsolete?

A: No! In fact, the pandemic has proven what a valuable resource they can be when things don’t go as planned. They also can provide intimate knowledge about destinations and options that you won’t get from an online booking tool.

Q: Why would I book with a travel agent when I can book myself for free?

A: What if I told you we do not charge any booking fees on most itineraries? In addition, we have exclusive offers and discounts only available to us. On some cruises we buy up blocks of rooms and pass those savings on to you to make it even more affordable. The bottom line is we will be able to match or beat the prices you find and/or provide additional incentives. So the question should be, why wouldn’t you hire a professional to make your vacation worry free?

Q: If you don't charge any booking fees on most itineraries and your rates are as good or better than I can get, then how do you get paid?

A: When a customer completes a cruise or all-inclusive resort stay that we booked we get a small commission from our suppliers.

Q: How much extra do your "Surprise Me" vacations cost?

A: Since the only additional work on our part is keeping some or most of the experience details to ourselves, there is no extra fee incurred.

Q: Isn't "Unravelled" spelled wrong in your name?

A: It is actually correct with either one "l" or 2. In the U.S. we typically use a single "l," while in other countries they use 2, particularly in Britain. We thought that was very fitting for a travel agency. In fact, we sometimes say "even our name travels."
